The Hüma Earrings
A short inscription, cut by the atelier · optional.
The Hüma never lands, and so its feathers were only ever seen falling, one wing at a time. Three tiers descend from the ear: a blackened teardrop lined with rose cut diamonds, a bell of pierced openwork over rays of gold, and below them the falling feather, a pear of rose cut diamond in a blackened frame. They move as the head moves, the way a story does.

Significant stones in a Guild 79 piece are graded on their own merits by an independent gemological laboratory, such as GIA or HRD Antwerp. Where a piece holds more than one such stone, each carries its own report.
Diamond reports grade the stone’s carat, colour, clarity, and cut. Coloured-stone reports confirm identity, weight, and any treatment, with origin where the laboratory can determine it. The report is supplied with the piece for independent verification and can pass with it to a future owner.
