Private Consultation

Every Guild 79 piece begins with intent. Our private consultation is for clients who want more than a standard edition, a bespoke piece commissioned to your specifications: your chosen material, dimensions, inscription, and site of origin. Each commission begins with a written brief and is produced uniquely for you. Because the work is personalised to your direction, each commission is final sale. As with every order, you may cancel within 24 hours of the time on your order confirmation email; the atelier begins once that window closes.

What we offer

• Bespoke commissions, a piece designed around a story, material, or occasion you specify
• Hand engraving, initials, dates, or short phrases cut by hand at the bench, not machine-set
• Material selection, gold karat, patina, stone origin specified to your preference
• Consultation formats, in-person at our Istanbul atelier by appointment, or video call for international clients

Sourcing rare stones

Some commissions begin with a stone we do not yet hold. When you want something specific, a fancy-colour diamond, pink or yellow among them, or a coloured gem of a certain quality, we search the global market on your behalf. A stone like this is found, not stocked, so we give the search the time it deserves and keep you with us through it. Anything of note we source arrives with its own independent laboratory report.

Timeline

Bespoke pieces typically take 6–10 weeks from brief approval. Standard engraving adds 3–5 days to regular production. We do not expedite, the time is the craft. When a commission waits on a particular stone, that clock begins once the stone is found, and we set it with you then.

Price range

Bespoke commissions start at the price point of equivalent standard pieces and scale with complexity. We quote after your brief is clear.

How to request

Write to us with a rough idea of what you are imagining, reference images if you have them, your timeline if specific, and your approximate budget range. We respond within two business days with either a proposed direction or questions to refine the brief.
