Production partner

Every piece sold on this site is made to order by hand in independent ateliers in Istanbul, Turkey, working under the design and quality direction of Guild 79 LLC. We hold no pre-made inventory. Atelier addresses are available on request for verification purposes by regulators or trade authorities.

Guild 79 LLC is a US-registered LLC. We sell to the markets we serve under the following frameworks:

Authenticity and provenance

Every piece ships with a provenance certificate carrying a unique edition number and verification token. The certificate is issued by Guild 79 LLC through the Editioned platform. Verification of a specific piece's certificate is available by emailing hello@guild79.com with the edition number and token, or by scanning the QR code on the printed certificate.

Resolving concerns

We welcome direct contact at hello@guild79.com before any formal proceeding. Most concerns are resolved within two to three business days when raised directly. Beyond that, you retain any rights available to you under the consumer protection law of your place of residence.

Tax and duties

For orders shipped to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so you should not be asked to pay import charges on delivery. If a courier asks you to pay anything, contact us before paying and we will resolve it. Orders within Turkey are domestic sales and include Turkish VAT, with no import handling. Tax and duty handling is integrated with the order checkout and disclosed before payment.

Updates to this notice

This legal notice may be updated to reflect changes in law, regulation, or our operations. The version in effect at the time of an order is the version that applies to that order.
